8:00AM | Nature Meditation
Begin your morning with gentle stretching and a grounding meditation, inviting a deep connection to the natural surroundings. Guided by the serenity of the landscape, this practice nurtures mindfulness and awakens the senses, creating a peaceful foundation for the day ahead. The experience begins in our movement studio and concludes on the outdoor deck, where you’ll overlook tranquil ponds and take in sweeping views of the Shawangunk Ridge.
9:15AM | High-Intensity Interval Training
This fun interval workout incorporates several rounds of movements that alternate between high and low intensity.
10:30AM | Slow Flow & Pranayama
Breathe in the healing energy of the trees as you walk slowly along a meandering path on the Wildflower property. As the scents and sounds awaken your spirit and the light begins to open up your senses, you will be guided through sacred areas of forest, meadow and stream to experience all that nature has to offer for your health and wellbeing.

Breathe in the healing energy of the trees as you walk slowly along a meandering path on the Wildflower property. 9:15AM | Valley Meditation & Breathwork
Reset in the serenity of nature. The emotional intelligence and sense of well being gained through meditation and breathwork practices can create a greater capacity for awareness of and compassion for oneself and others.

10:30AM | Mountain Mat Pilates
Every mountain stands tall because of its foundation. This alignment focused class is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.
