Auberge Collection Appoints Vinod Narayan as General Manager of Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection in Gardiner, New York
Narayan brings over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience to Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection in the storied Hudson Valley
Gardiner, NEW YORK (June 11th, 2025) – Auberge Collection is pleased to announce the appointment of Vinod Narayan as General Manager of its acclaimed Hudson Valley retreat, Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection. A seasoned leader with more than 20 years of luxury experience, Narayan brings a global perspective shaped by his roles at AAA Five Diamond resorts, Michelin-starred restaurants, and world-renowned brands.

In his new role, Narayan will oversee day-to-day operations and help guide Wildflower Farms’ evolution as a destination deeply rooted in nature, immersive guest experiences, and thoughtfully curated culinary programming. His expertise in hospitality and food and beverage, developed through leadership roles across the Auberge Collection portfolio, will be instrumental in supporting the growth and ongoing evolution of extraordinary guest experiences and culinary offerings at Wildflower Farms.

Narayan joins Wildflower Farms following his most recent role as General Manager of Etéreo, Auberge Collection in Riviera Maya, Mexico, where he helped establish the resort as one of the best retreats in Mexico. Prior to that, he served as Resort Manager at Esperanza, Auberge Collection in Los Cabos and held senior leadership positions at Four Seasons properties across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Born and raised in Purley, London, Narayan holds a BBA in International Hotel Management with Finance from Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland. Now, he, his wife, and their two daughters look forward to embracing life in the Hudson Valley and are eager to engage with the community that makes Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection such a meaningful destination.
