    8 AM: Yoga Brisa
    Move with intention throughout this open-air yoga practice in our serene studio. Sunlight, breeze, and earth will combine to support deep grounding and heart-opening movement, creating a joyful yoga experience through calming rhythms for breath and total flow. Movement Studio

    8 AM: Reformer Pilates
    Strengthen your core, stretch your body, and center your mind. This low-impact, bodyweight workout builds strength, boosts flexibility, and improves posture with each mindful movement. Movement Studio
