Yes.
Where can you acquire ski rentals?
Hotel Jerome has a dedicated on property ski concierge located in the lobby. All four mountains also have rental/retail stores at the base of the mountain.
Can I have my skis transferred to another mountain?
Yes, there is a transfer service located at the base of every mountain. Our concierge team is happy to assist.
What time does the mountain open/close?
All mountains operate from 9AM-4PM every day.
Can my skis be stored?
Hotel Jerome’s bell team will bring your skis from the ski shop to the front drive every morning and store them every night.
Can Hotel Jerome assist with children’s ski school?
Our concierge team is happy to schedule ski school for your youngest ski and snowboarders. Children’s ski school is offered at Buttermilk and Snowmass for private lessons or group lessons. Please be aware that you will be required to fill out an emergency contact form when dropping your kids off.

When requested seven days in advance, our concierge team can acquire the tickets and will have them waiting upon your check-in.
To acquire tickets our concierge team will need to know the following information: number of days you will be skiing, date of birth for each skier, full billing address and credit card.
