• 4PM | Arrival 4×4 Tour – Welcome to Blue Sky. Begin your Western adventure with a seasonal welcome drink before setting out on a guided ATV tour of our vast mountain landscape. This first glimpse into Blue Sky’s rugged beauty sets the tone for the days ahead.

• 6PM | Dinner at Yuta – After your tour, settle into Yuta, where each dish draws from seasonal ingredients, offering a soulful and elevated introduction to Blue Sky’s culinary spirit.

• 9 PM | Stargazing at the Yurt – End your first evening beneath the stars. Our expert astronomer will guide you through constellations and galaxies from one of Utah’s most pristine vantage points, the mountaintop yurt. It is the perfect close to your arrival day.

Friday, October 31

• 10AM | Birds of the Wasatch – Begin your morning in the great outdoors with one of our adventure guides. As you wander Blue Sky’s trails, spot raptors and songbirds and learn about the vital role these birds play in the Wasatch ecosystem.

• 1PM | Mexican Culinary Class – At midday, return to Yuta for a hands-on culinary experience. Learn the art of tortilla making and salsa crafting alongside our chef, then sit down to enjoy the vibrant dishes you’ve created together.

• 3:30PM | Meet the Horse – In the afternoon, head to the stables to connect with the heart of Blue Sky. Meet our wranglers, hear the inspiring stories of our rescue horses and experience firsthand the bond between humans and these remarkable animals.

• 6:30PM | WildKitchen – As evening falls, journey to the mountaintop for dinner at WildKitchen. Created in collaboration with filmmaker Guy Ritchie, this outpost reimagines the concept of a bush kitchen. Each course, inspired by Gracie’s Farm and locally sourced proteins, is kissed by smoke and flame, bringing bold elemental flavors to life.

Saturday, November 1

• 10AM | High West Whiskey Rubdown – Begin your day with Blue Sky’s signature ritual: a whiskey, salt and sage foot soak paired with a sip of High West Whiskey. Warm compressions and a restorative massage ease you into a state of deep relaxation.

• 10AM – 5PM | Mercedes-Benz Test Drive – For those who prefer to keep moving, the open road awaits. Take another opportunity to explore the latest models while soaking in mountain views.

• 2PM | Sporting Clays – In the afternoon, head to the 25-stand sporting clays course. Guided by expert instructors, practice etiquette and technique while enjoying a mindful connection to the land.

• 6PM | Doors Open: Luke Grimes in Concert – As twilight fades, gather at Blue Sky’s arena. Acclaimed actor and country artist Luke Grimes takes the stage, bringing the heartfelt songs of his debut album to life in an intimate one-night-only performance.

Sunday, November 2

• 8AM | Essential Edge Yoga – Wake gently with a complimentary yoga class that restores balance and clarity, preparing you for your journey home.

• 11AM | Departure – Depart with memories of mountain air, soulful music and moments only Blue Sky can offer.
