Blue Sky's Little Vaqueros Kids Club connects our younger guests with the wonders of Mother Nature. Kids ages 5-12 enjoy multifaceted, adventure-based experiences designed to engage young minds, bodies, and senses. We offer daily age-appropriate, skill-building activities exploring Utah’s environment, history and culture. Little Vaqueros Kids Club inspires connection with nature and self in a fun, safe environment.

  • Mondays | Wilderness Explorers

    • Explore one of the many Blue Sky hiking trails while searching for natural materials and treasures during the nature scavenger hunt.
    • Discover the native species of fish in local waters while learning the basics of fishing. 20- to 30-minute drive from the Lodge
  • Tuesdays | Cowboys & Cowgirls

    • Learn what it means to take care of the horses that call Blue Sky home by assisting our wranglers with feeding the horses and cleaning their stalls.
    • Saddle up with one of our expert wranglers and work directly with the horses in our state-of-the-art riding arena.
  • Wednesdays | Little Miners

    • Embark on one of the Blue Sky trails while scouting for unique geodes.
    • Learn about the mining history of Park City while doing a geocaching course.
  • Thursdays | Culinary Exploration

    • Explore our trails, during which you'll learn to identify local edible plant life.
    • Learn the secret behind some of the treats in our kitchen and put your newly learned baking skills to the test.
  • Fridays | Discovering Gracie's

    • Visit Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation to learn about our rescue animals and rehabilitation efforts.
    • Practice regenerative farming. After planting or harvesting, create your own seed bomb to take a piece of Gracie’s home with you.
  • Saturdays | Mountain Creativity

    • Forage along Alexander Creek and create crafts like sage smudge sticks, painted river rocks, rock cairns and more.
    • Using materials sourced from our land, learn how to construct bird houses, mandalas, sun catchers and more nature creations.
  • Sundays | Love of the Land

    • Help us restore the land and creeks by planting native plant species along Alexander Creek.
    • Create your own painting of one of our special rescue horses or the beautiful scenery of Blue Sky.
